Board Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Kuhta attended the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, a program currently ranked the best dental school in the country. While there, she had the opportunity to compete for a scholarship to obtain a dual degree for a Master’s in Higher Education and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine, both of which she completed in four years. Not only did Dr. Kuhta graduate with highest academic honors, she was selected to treat patients in the Advanced Clinical Honors department.
The field of orthodontics is the perfect combination of art and science, allowing Dr. Kuhta to utilize skills in both science and art to benefit patients. Upon graduating from Penn, she moved to Boston to attend the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for a two-year residency in orthodontics. Fortunately, when it came time to graduate, her childhood orthodontist, Dr. Roy McAnnally, was ready to bring on an associate, and she was able to move back to Michigan to practice.
